@Rstrahs I think it's the whole "sounds like a person doing a character voice" and not like any natural voice is what's really not clicking for me. Too cartoonish and fake.

Also a little bit like a random lesser side villain from more recent era Power Rangers...

The female Crow T. Robot voice sounds like someone trying to do a Nelson Muntz voice and it's incredibly disconcerting. Such an odd choice... #mst3k

@WeThePeople How are they even going to figure that out? Unless they have some specific database of the users suspended for exact reasons that can automatically keep certain users suspended? Like, the logistics of it all makes no sense.

@silent_dystopia I've considered hearing aids, especially now that they are covered over the counter... My Galaxy earbuds have a noise mode that helps too.
Most of the time it's not an issue though, beyond making people repeat what they say.

@silent_dystopia I'm half deaf in my right ear, but not fully deaf... I rely on subtitles most of the time, but especially at night when I don't want to anger neighbors....
The show is properly subtitled for all the dialogue. It's just the opening song that they seemed to half-ass. It's not like the words were hard to understand even! There's no excuse for it.... But it doesn't detract from the show.

Watching the finale of 1899 and shouting "Do it! Faster, you fuck!" at the TV....

@silent_dystopia A cover of it, but yes. That's exactly the song. They subtitle all the lyrics perfectly until they part... And then it's "singer vocalizing" and it drives me crazy.

The only truly infuriating thing about 1899 is that Netflix subtitled the "feed your head" part of the theme song as "singer vocalizing"

@Rstrahs Hopefully they'll shove those onto their own set, because otherwise it's a missed opportunity to special edition Wish without the live concert and its albums.

@Rstrahs I think the fact that it isn't quite as harshly "dark" as the other two is what makes it feel out of place for me... Like, it could be a duo without that and it would work just fine. It's just the most popular, so it's included...
It really doesn't matter though. A Cure album is a Cure album, and I want more!!! Also, thrilled that the Wish deluxe is FINALLY coming out. Only 7 years too late! ... And without Show/Parts/Sideshow for some reason?

@Rstrahs I was thrilled when they put both that and Bloodflowers into "Trilogy" but weirdly still didn't think Disintegration really fit with those two... I won't complain though.
My first CD I owned (in the age of cassettes) was Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me... Longtime Cure fan here!
