@lfrum The one ingredient I find essential for meatballs, burgers and loaf is thinly sliced leak. No other binder is required as the leak rings will hold everything together and add a mild onion flavor to it.
Hobbled down to our local nature park today and began happily blasting away with my camera. Looking through my viewfinder on what figured was my 20th shot I noticed something blinking........
