Opinion question: which looks like a more productive investment of a small organisation's time and energy:

And this is a big problem. COSO is so good, a 'refuge' as you say, nobody wants to tell anyone about it over fear it getting overrun by cocksuckers.
BIG PROBLEM especially when you consider our non-existent PR and marketing budget.

I've told everyone I know IRL and the stock answer I get is "all my friends/family are on facebook and I don't want another SM account." That's a *big* hurdle. We all know how awful Zuck/Meta is, but folk are so resistant to change, it's almost impossible to get them to even consider it.
I brought 4 people to coso. Only 2 are still active. The others went back to FB.
yes, i've told people about it too, but they're rooted.
