Generalized anxiety with no discernible source is just humming in the background. I can hardly sit still.
These things are going to happen, and I am ok even if I do not feel ok at the moment.
I might not be able to subvert the anxiety at the moment, but I can hold on to my perspective.

It's definitely going around. I think the climate and politics are in the background, putting us all more on edge. Heat doesn't help.
