In what is surely to be an unpopular opinion, I hope the Court finds in favor of TFG (whom I despise).

In my opinion, and we can disagree like grown ups, it's up to us who we elect, not the courts.

If you don't want TFG elected again, don't vote for him. Work locally to get out the vote against him. Support and donate to another candidate.

But also understand that sometimes things happen in a democracy that you don't like.

@mikeflstfi I also dispise TFG and I believe that if the SC sided with the lower courts and barred him from the ballot that Haley would be too tempting for many of the crucial independents and centrist democrats, likely resulting in a catastrophic outcome for the decarbonization of our economy.

That said, while this is going the way I want it to, I'm troubled that this is yet a plainly written constitution being self-servingly interpreted in a manner usually reserved to pastors with scripture.
