In the last couple of days, I've taken to writing down on a post-it note whenever I feel frustrated or anxious. I add an explanation for why, even if I have to make up one in the moment.
Looking back at the notes when I have some spare time helps me see how many of them are just impulse reactions.

I was raised a Christian and embrace it. No not that fake Christianity that preaches hate…the real teachings of Christ embracing and loving everyone no matter who you love or even if you don’t agree with my beliefs. I love my Jewish friends, my Muslim friends, my Buddhist friends, my Agnostic or Athiest friends and support your right to love who you want and believe in what you feel is right for you so long as you’re not hurting others. 🧡
