In the last couple of days, I've taken to writing down on a post-it note whenever I feel frustrated or anxious. I add an explanation for why, even if I have to make up one in the moment.

Looking back at the notes when I have some spare time helps me see how many of them are just impulse reactions.

I hope in time to tame some of these and learn to overcome some of these fight-or-flight instincts.
