When we were kids, Flag Day was an important day to honor our flag. My father, WWII veteran, always hung the flag this day and talked about all those who had lost their lives to protect it.
The MAGA cult has highjacked our pride in our beloved flag. It now represents ignorance, delusion, lies, violence, racism, homophobia, treason, anarchy, lawlessness and corruption.
I can only hope to live long enough to see our flag restored to its original glory.
