Hey, apropos of nothing in particular... does anyone remember when former Presidents were expected to be, basically, silent, with regard to policies, actions, and situations of current Presidents?
I remember once, Obama made an entirely anodyne statement about being polite on social media, and the Republicans roundly condemned him for violating that norm ,in spite of the fact that he wasn't even talking about Trump.
