Dinner tonight, Spicy Gochujang Chicken with noodles. Love spicy and sweet together.

Looks like I missed some good recipes and while I was gone. Have a lot to catch up on.

First try with Poblanos in Costa Rica. They don't even know what these are here. Mixture of cheeses inside and a batter I made this morning, Poblano Cheese Potatoes with it and Ancho chili sauce. Does not look great but it will by the 3rd try.

Dinner, local grown Tilapia cooked on the grill in olive oil and garlic with pepper. Gnocchi with tomato basil sauce made this afternoon. and Brussel sprouts air fried with garlic and olive oil. Topped with fresh basil from my garden.

So, not traditional but, Grilled Garlic and Butter Grilled Shrimp and Sous Vide Ribeye on the grill after 3 hours in the water. I am not showing the Herb stuffing or the Sweet Potato Casserole. Anyway, Yum! Time to eat. This is what we like for Christmas dinner.

So, was just doing cheese stuffed jalapenos but @JMHardin inspired me to do Shrimp and cheese stuffed Jalapenos! Thank you for that.

Tonight's dinner. Homemade Pasta with marinara made with fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic. Spicy Italian grilled sausage on the side. Okay, I also added chilies to the sauce along with the olive oil.

Pizza you say? Here are 3 from my last pizza place. Smoked Pork Belly w/Candied Jalapenos, Roasted Veggie with fresh basil and Balsamic Glaze and Italian beef with 3 pepper pizza.

Mmmm, jalapeno cheddar cornbread, made it up as I went along. Turned out good.

Smokin some leg quarters. Gonna be good based on the smell and appearance.

If you can get this and most can't. Try it very soon. Awesome cheese. Best I have had. It has won awards and I can't get it unless I order from the factory. Actually, I order an entire wheel last time. LOL

Looks like the brisket is ready to come off the smoker. Now to let it rest. 8 1/2 hours is just about right.

Tonight is Italian sausage over rotini with Good stuff, LOL. Lots of Romano and parmesan and peppers and black olives.

It turned out good! Didn't look pretty but really good. On garlic bread is awesome.

Going to recreate this for dinner tonight and serve with Garlic Bread. Blackened Shrimp Fondue with Mushrooms and Spinach and Monterrey Jack cheese. Wish me luck!

Well! A memory on FB just popped up an old ad from one of my pizza places in Coco. That was fun building that place.

Good morning people! Karma is on the lookout for any new wildlife that might come around. Getting a late start on here today. Baking some chicken that will go into the smoker this afternoon. Had to apply the rub.
