It’s stuff like this that really pisses me off about the Goatherd’s Guide or at least how Fundamenalists/Evangelicals use it.

Folks, you should familiarize how to force lock your phone to require a password. On current iPhones, you can achieve that by holding the power and up volume for several seconds. You can't be compelled to give a password:

I'm sorry to even suggest this, but given the report button's new prominence, you may need to make a small UX change. Most folks are used to the dismiss button being in the "header" of the window so you might need to move the "x" to prevent folks from misreporting when they fat finger a click.
Alternatively, you could put a "cancel button" next to the "Submit."
I only suggest this to help you avoid getting more useless reports, and feel free to ignore me.
Heck, let's go one further, and let's replace "in god we trust" with "Love Thy Neighbor." :)
