I finally found out how to make a lidocaine patch stay where I put it! 🎉 …at least while I’m awake. I place it on my hip, (which is where I need it the most right now), then I hold my hand against it as I move around, sit down or lay down on the couch. Do this several times and it stays where I need it to.

Now, as for staying on my lower back, I haven’t a clue how that’s supposed to work because they pull away from my skin the second I bend over or stand up.

@see_the_sus I usually try to wear something close-fitting over them when I use. For the lower back, try leggings! If they carry your size range, Torrid's are really nice fabric and comfy to wear.

I’ll keep this in mind for down the road when I have some extra money. Thanks for the tip!

@see_the_sus <333 Best of luck! The big tip with leggings is they should be looooong, going up to your natural waist.

@see_the_sus Oh! Also, you could try medical tape. I've used that several times. Make sure the skin underneath is relatively clean of oils.

@evistre

Ugh, I HATE high-waist pants! I have a very short inseam which only works well with low-rise, but I’ll only be wearing leggings indoors so I can suffer the indignation. 😂
