From what I hear the vast majority of mail in ballots haven't even been counted yet. Anyone know tis for sure? #electionNight2024 #politics
There are some states - maybe all states - that aren't allowed to count mail in/early votes until after the polls close on election night in that state.
Plus the cities which take more time, there's a lot of votes uncounted still in those states he's "won." Maybe he did win, but it's far too early to legitimately call it.
@Tarnagh wasn't this one of the things ffrpmpf argued was why he thought the previous election was rigged? Because so many vote came in like after midnight?
That was his argument, and his voters believed him.
Everyone else understands how this works.
@scottyorange Most states went from counting mail in day of to only after election closes. It was a weird move.
@scottyorange The entire west coast still has open polls. No matter how much you explain to people that there is a red mirage every election, they still believe that the red mirage spells doom.
