Ok, so watching all this Twitter drama I have two thoughts:
1. If Twitter ceases to exist then the option of Trump's account to be unbanned is no longer valid.
2. It's a good lesson/message for other managers (big or small) that they are nothing but the servants of these who do the work. They are nothing without the team.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but:
Programmers are labor. Engineers are labor. Developers are labor. Tech workers are labor.
If you work for and get paid by somebody else you are labor.
You may be a highly-paid (for now), brilliant genius but you're still labor and you still need protection against malevolent management like Elon Musk.
And the way that labor protects itself is by unionizing.
