recently finished "This is Minuteman two-three... Go!" by Wayne Chasson. An autobiographic stories of the decorated helicopter pilot. Fascinating first-hand account of the events, immersive experience. Honest, funny, moving, heartbreaking. All in one.
I'm so glad I had this chance to walk in the author's combat boots through his stories. Thank you for your service, Mr. Chasson!

Expeditionary Force. Columbus Day by Craig Alanson

Nice, funny, light military sci-fi. Loved realistic representation of Earth invasion. Loved military aspects.
The vibe is similar to Bobbyverse, but plots are very different.

Recommend for light reading.

This is a Ukrainian soldier greeted by his grandmother right after liberation of Kherson. Anyone with even a bit of emotional intelligence will understand this video and what the people are feeling right now.

I have relatives in Belarus (they are good people), and I've been there many times. it's heartbreaking to see what their dictator did to their country & people. In the picture, you can see what the border between Ukraine and Belarus looks like now (preps are ongoing)
