@VenomousHeroine Malnourished, wounded, and just generally beaten down, after a few months he finally let me pet him, and it was all over for me. The first moment he let me pick him up without complaint, I loaded him into a carrier and to the vet. Chipped him under my name. It was still a while before I could convince him to be an indoor-only cat.
