A dilettante's guide to dog grooming: when you have removed a significant majority of the hair from the dog, you can stop. If I knew what I was doing, #Neville would have a lion cut. As is, he just looks like a survivor of a lawnmower attack. #DogsofCoSo
@LnzyHou
I know 😭
I just thought that with his grey grizzle coat (black tipping at the longer portions) it would look good. And it would, if it were done well. He is my first dog who needs haircuts and this is how far I have (not) come in two years 🤦♀️
When Cosmic Jr fixated on Cosmic Doodle, I pointed out he needed to plan in the cost of regular grooming (none of our previous dogs required more than a bath and nail clip).
He said he'd learn to do it. I said that was fine, but he should plan to pay for it anyway. :D
Show us Neville’s face. I know he’s still cute.
That stud-muffin Neville hasn’t lost his charm.
@LnzyHou
Thank you. I adore him to an extent that surprises me, given that he is "not my type of dog"
@Cosmichomicide
That is a fair point. Not sure how well it applies to an unplanned rescue of a dog found in the street, though.

Poor little Neville
