Three in our clowder are voids. I am concluding that you have been consulting with #Jambalaya , though. He is the one who is truly deranged. #Ruby is Sweetness Incarnate. #Ildi is a murdering bitch but only if you are a small rodent or occasional bird. Pretty cool otherwise. And before you ask: total clowder size is *nine*.

9! That sounds like so much fun. We had lots of cats growing up but as an adult the largest set of my own was 3. I kinda miss the crew size.
I bet they keep you hoppin though.

I will say that both @junation and I are very well trained: the clowder and the pack make sure of that. All of them are rescues - and yes, we also have four dogs. It is a zoo and I love it!

Do yours play well together or do you have to manage their time together? We were so lucky that our cats and dogs generally just got along.

Only one of the dogs is cat compatible, and she visits them every morning and various cats have crushes on her. Otherwise the two species are kept in separate parts of the house. Three quarter finishes walk out basement with natural light houses our living room and our cat clowder.
