Well I injured myself last night. Feel when I was headed out to help with making dinner and landed on my knees, jarring my back. Now I'm super tender in the neck and shoulders as well as the entire length of my back. ðŸ˜

Oh no! I am so very sorry. From very recent and ongoing lower back pain I have learned that Tiger Balm is surprisingly helpful
@publickovacs I should get some. Between hubs nerve pains and my own back issues, pain relief is almost always in need here.

@publickovacs Plus side: I'm feeling a lot better today, except my back twinged while pulling some wood into the house for the fireplace. Should be right as rain in a couple days though.
