Hiya! One of my fave feminist insights is that we have to fight against 'the rule of the couple '. I love being partnered but I also am keenly aware that it is our archenemy the dominant order that taught us that being partnered is more valuable than being single. It fucking is not. Nice to meet you 😊

@publickovacs My step daughter has auto immune issues also : CVID. Do you have transfusions too? Sometimes they wiped her out. Other times she felt a million bucks after.
I do intermittent fasting also helped me lose 30lbs in 3 months and avoid having to take diabetes meds 😁
As soon as the doctor tried to prescribe me a weight loss med, I thought " screw that! " and relied on my will power and it worked. Doctor asked nurses were gob smacked on what I achieved myself.

My cancer battle hasn't started yet. I will have to have surgery to get info about the type and stage of the cancer. Only after that can decisions be made about chemo. I have not had any transfusions. I do, however, have two autoimmune diseases.
@publickovacs that sucks and stay positive. My step daughter had stage 3/4. Luckily it didn't reach her brain. She did have chemo but was not hindered with her auto immune issues.
@publickovacs The relevance of this will be revealed at the end. My former father-in-law and his family were playing charades. On his turn he laid down on the ground and started to writhe and squirm. No one had a clue what he was doing. His word was "belly dancing" and that is how he really thought it was done. Everyone laughed hysterically.
