and. that was this evening along the Lough. Time to wind down for sleeps.
Had to drag myself out for a walk, heads not been in this week at all. Glad I did. Always worth getting a bit of fresh air.

If the wee (big to you) things get you down, go stand on top of a hill. At the very least you'll forget about it all for a moment and that's something right?
