I've seen a lot of YouTube astronomy channels that seem to spread misinformation. I'm concerned I might follow one that's inaccurate. Would any of you know some that are legit (obviously NASA and ESA are)?

Toast a wheat/cauliflower tortilla.
Cover with pizza sauce.
Sprinkle with ground fenugreek seeds.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning spice mix.
Sprinkle very lightly with chipotle chili powder.
Sprinkle with dried minced onion.
Sprinkle with McCormick dried garlic and bell pepper.
Dice one slice of fried turkey bacon and spread over the tostada/pizza.
Dice up a fresh button mushroom, add.
Dice up a slice of fresh onion, add.
Dice up a slice of red bell pepper, add.

Don't know if I mentioned here that my son is going to give me his secondhand iPhone. Very happy about that.
