I wonder if there are ever psychotic breaks (or tourette's syndrome) where the person wanders around and wishes people a nice day?
I remember Robin Williams once imagined a person with Tourette's Syndrome walking up and saying, "those pants look slimming." š¤£

I'm sure some hallucinations are nice, why wouldn't some compulsions be nice too? Makes sense.
