An online friend unexpectedly passed away a few days ago. We met on Tw via a Popehat comment thread, & he followed me back to the group I was hanging with. When I left Tw, he stayed. We'd video & audio chatted, & that's there I "met" his lovely wife.

His death could possibly have been prevented. He may have been putting off seeing a doc as he was waiting for an insurance mess to be sorted. By the time it was an emergency, he was gone in minutes.

Tell your friends you care about them. Today. 🐁
