A 500W fog machine. I have it in a large tub with a lid as it's not weatherproof. There's a fan blowing air in. Another fan blowing the fog into a flexible dryer hose. There's a 3rd fan midway down the hose. These are like computer case fans. At the end it branches off into 3 vinyl hoses that feed the "fire" and her body.

The fans are waterproof, and they're 12v so I can run them off my LED driver, which also runs my 12v spot lights.

Low tech but it does the job!
