@Jezibaba

The second they figure out how to work a can opener, it's curtains for me

@netspionage thank Bast for their lack of opposable thumbs

@Jezibaba

You KNOW polydactyl cats are A Thing, right...?

One they get their shit together...well, that's it for us chimps.

@netspionage @Jezibaba

we are *so* lucky pterodactyl cats are not a thing....

@northernbassist confession time! I swear when I first read it I read pterodactyl cats and thought about them flying with great big claws and just got stuck there for a minute until I looked and realized it was polydactyl. So I'm glad to know I'm not alone

@netspionage

@Jezibaba @northernbassist

LOL 😹

If cats could fly, we wouldn't call them "cats".

We'd call them "Master", "Sir", or "Ma'm" as they'd be the dominant species of life on this planet

@netspionage you mean we aren't doing that already? I think I need to have a chat with my boys.

@northernbassist

@Jezibaba @netspionage

you might think about appending this discussion into a meeting that they've already called...mine discount my suggestions if I have the audacity to think of them myself. Just sayin'.

Are any of your clowder related?
@netspionage has brothers, and my younger two are also.

@northernbassist @Jezibaba

Despite the size disparity, yes, mine are brothers.

Ausar is the 10-12lb-ish MicroCat: his brother is the giant.

@Jezibaba @northernbassist

Well, I call his brother a variety of names, like Waddles, Mister McFlabWobble, and - on some occasions - Baron von Bloatenkat 😸
