I don't believe he's going to get much traction fomenting revolution and advocating for burning the Constitution.
Most things Elmo sputters aren't worth treating seriously. If they were, there'd be coast-to-coast "Hyperloops", cars would drive themselves, and there'd be a four-year-old colony on Mars.
