as long as i can rememer, Lukashenko has been another authoritarian leader who's always been in Putin's pocket?
just 10 day ago, Putin & Belarus held 'joint military exercises' after which Putin left a significant number of troops/equip behind--with Lukashenko's full backing.
Belarus is also a producer of weaapons sold/traded to Russia as well.

my gut feeling is that they'd likely be dealt with separately, but who knows? This is all new territory for us globally. I don't remember this much outrage since Putin invaded Afghanistan
