@Jim That wouldn't work, guaranteed. You'd effectively be cutting off communications to most of the world. Most of us NEED that connection, for work, school, etc. That's not feasible.

@wildnfree I guess you could run a VPN through a virtual machine or something so the IP wouldn't be recognized as a VPN not something the average person can set up.

Well, so it's kind of a foregone conclusion that we're going to lose Net Neutrality. Maybe it'll get held up in court, or maybe it'll end up being punted down into a state's rights issue (which would suck for most of America but probably not me on the West Coast), so I guess the question now is - if the worst comes to pass and the ISPs really rape and pillage this, what can we do?

IPSs could potentially throttle known VPNs. So..? Thoughts?

A lot of men are under the impression that we wear makeup and so on to impress men, but pretty much any woman will agree that men will compliment or hit on pretty much anyone, where if another woman compliments you, you know she means it. And a lot of us will do basic appearance stuff even if we live alone and will never leave the house that day just because it makes us feel nice. It really is not just for dudes at all.

But when you spend your entire life having people tell you that you have no morals if you don't have religion, when simply not believing on your own time makes people try to convert you, when you're bullied, degraded, picked on and excluded by schoolmates, teachers, and the relatives of your friends, told you're going to hell, blah blah blah..eventually you start pushing back.

So today a Republican who claimed that Democrats were responsible for ALL voter fraud...was convicted of voter fraud.

Fox News published a headline saying that Roy Moore's accuser forged her yearbook entry, then had to issue a retraction because all she did was note the date and place. Their base is still overplaying that headline anyway, of course.

And basically errybody a sexual predator on both sides of the aisle.

What do you think is happening in this video? Trump's speech slurs progressively. Could be medication, exhaustion...or a mini-stroke. Impossible to tell without knowing the symptoms but it gives me hope that this fucker might just keel over some day soon. No facial droop (hallmark indicator) but I'm not sure how fast or severely that happens with minor strokes.
