Party Limit Begone is hands down the best mod I’ve found for #BaldursGate3. I brought all the companions with me to Moonrise and there was so much funny banter between them. I heard a bunch of exchanges I’ve never heard before because I tend to always bring the same companions with me when I can only have 3.

Until today I had never met a person who genuinely believed that quitting smoke is only as difficult as giving up alcohol or fatty foods. This bitch literally told someone trying to quit that “when you’re not used to it, healthy choices are hard choices.” ?????? It’s widely accepted based on empirical evidence that it’s actually as hard to quit as like heavy narcotics known for being addictive. That isn’t new information, either.

@holon42 oh I did, I sent back an email saying I had attempted to call them and reached their voicemail and they could call me back when they were available.

@holon42 it wasn’t a sensitive discussion so I think it’s the latter. I work with a number of people whose jobs would lead you to expect satisfactory written communication skills but who do things like this because writing words is hard 🙄 but why they insist that I call them when they’re the one who wants to talk on the phone, I have no clue.

Another pet peeve of mine: people who insist that you discuss something on the phone when email would be just fine, but instead of calling you they ask YOU to call THEM. Oh and then they don’t answer even though you called within 5 minutes of them asking.

California Pet Pharmacy gets 1/5 stars. They keep getting my auto refills wrong and sending us double clonidine and letting us run out of sertraline. But when I called to complain the guy acted like I was an idiot and insisted it was already set up correctly. Ok so if you're sure the system says we get 180 clonidine tabs per refill, please explain to me why we got 360 last time? I only still use them because it's what our vet behaviorist prefers.

Conversational pet peeve: people who say "Gotcha" instead of something like "That sounds fun" or "Oh, that's nice." It just makes it sound like you weren't listening when a statement like "We went to a parade last Saturday" is met with "Gotcha."

Day 3 being allowed to walk with crutches to take some weight off my healing foot. I put an actual shoe on my foot and went to do some errands with my mom. Now my foot is covered in sock texture imprints but it feels fine and I’m pretty pleased.

I really hope husband will start working on his project car again because I want to ride in it 💕

Day 3 of weight bearing with PT supervision. Practicing on my own this morning, just made it to 6 minutes consecutively with about 25% of my weight on my healing foot. Hopefully within a week or two I’ll be able to actually walk places.

I’ve reached the stage of my current sweater where I’m starting to worry I’ll run out of yarn. I need to dig around and make sure I’ve actually found all the yarn for this one tomorrow. I have a lot of fisherman’s rib left to do and it takes a ton of yardage.

I have a feeling more white people would be on board with reparations for black Americans if they knew how recently redlining and blockbusting were happening (or even that they ever happened). Those practices had a direct and long-lasting impact on countless people who are still alive today. It’s dishonest to pretend reparations are just about actual straight up slavery.
