Basically I've just been making comically stupid mistakes. I don't want to think how many hours I've wasted redoing the first part of Act 1 over and over.

In my most recent failure I tried to defend the druid grove instead of fighting the goblin leaders in their camp, and only two tieflings showed up to help us defend so we all died.

One run I failed because I failed to persuade the goblins in the blighted village not to attack us, and they flattened us. Another run I failed because I killed the goblin leaders in their camp but then walked out the front door in a moment of hubris instead of teleporting back to safety.

One run I failed because I used speak with animals on Kagha's rats in the druid grove. She and all the druids instantly turned hostile and started murdering tiefling refugees. I COULD have kept going but the guy I need later for Karlach's story got murdered.

First run I failed because I tried to peer into the mind of the nearly dead mindflayer with 3 hp at the nautiloid crash site. I failed the saving throw and the mindflayer got up and TPKed us.

I need to start documenting all the ways I've failed honor mode in BG3. I have a feeling they'll be funny to look back on after I beat it.

I think my hair likes being bleached, somehow. I haven't had to wash it since Thursday (4 days ago) and today is the first day it looked dirty enough that I had to put it in a claw clip to disguise it. Normally washing every second day is pushing it for me.

At the doctor’s office and this poor lady in the waiting room has four children with her. I just heard her snap at the one who is about six, “Get that out of your mouth! Don’t you remember what happened last time?”

@AskTheDevil I have a special hatred for "freedom for everyone to have to do what *I* want" types.

My sister booked our train, we're officially spending 3 days in Rovaniemi petting reindeer and walking the hiking trails of the Arctic Circle <3

The nerve for American Christians to complain about their religious holidays being disrespected by not focusing on the Jesus bit when they FORCE non-Christians to engage with them in the first place. Let's be real, the only way to win in their eyes is for us all to become Christian too. It's absolutely NOT about respecting the religious beliefs of others and it's pretty hypocritical for a Christian in America to play that angle.

When you tell your friend you're going to get off discord and they just keep talking and talking like you never said it :|

@Sandywb14 I think natural grey is gorgeous! I almost never get my hair colored professionally. I did it myself for a long time and then went natural for a long time, but I really wanted a change and I've grown out of being brave enough to bleach my own hair, it seems. And I'm not allowed to have pink hair anymore because of my job.

@BillieBun To be fair, it was actually a haircut plus balayage plus a 25% tip

Feeling sort of anxious about how ridiculously expensive getting my hair colored was.

Spent a very panicked hour or so searching for our passports after discovering they weren't in the fireproof safe as I had thought. Finally found them in our flood evacuation go-box. The good news is that my husband has 3 years left on his. The bad news is that mine expires in about 3 weeks and it also has my maiden name on it.

Foot surgery protip: when you're healed enough that you don't really need to ice it all the time but it's still kinda achey and swollen, you can put a freezer gel pack in the fridge, put on a sock, and then wrap the cool pack around your foot. It's delightfully soothing.

Accidentally murdered someone in by casting Feather Fall and jumping off a roof just as a civilian walked through the spot I picked to land. Oops
