The sausage and potatoes came out okay, I guess. The sausages cooked up just fine. The potatoes weren't quite as good. I think I put too much butter in them - it's hard to measure that Kerrygold stuff. Anyway, they were kind of greasy, but not terribly so. I think I can fix it with the next batch.

Lunch is in the oven. It's a mix of country link sausages (beef and green onion) I got from Slovacek's in the town of West, TX (just north of Waco) and a box of Betty Crocker Julienne potato casserole, slightly doctored with cream instead of milk and with some extra herbs and spices from Penzey's. Everything's cooking at 375°F for 40 minutes. I'll report back after consumption.
