Prediction: They move some HiMARS to Kupiansk quickly and target the railroad supplying the eastern front.
There is probably a bridge at the Russian boarder that would be within range. I assume that targeting a bridge is wiser because of the extra time it takes to rebuild it.

That cloud in the distance is a huge Pyro cumulus cloud rising up over a town 200 miles away from San Francisco. Family members of a friend next door are arriving from the evacuation zone.
