As excited as I am to see what's next for #WearOS, I can't help but mourn the card-based future that s/could/should/ have been.

@vozoto Agreed. And it was genuinely useful, and often gave me information before I even thought about looking for it.
Assistant is handy when you want to Do A Thing with your voice, I guess, but nothing in Google's current portfolio can hold a torch to the no-nonsense approach of Google Now.
