Not only the DNC, but yes. In the fifty years I have been voting, I have never seen an election year nastier than this one. It was sadly clear early on that Biden (& I love that guy) needed to pass the gauntlet on to someone younger & stronger. Fortunately, he had a VP with a prosecutorial bkg & the oratorical power of an Obama.
Biden will not be forgotten, not soon, anyway (am I the only one that remembers JFK?).
