@jeffdavenport The "take a couple of days" is vitally important. I've made rash decisions in the heat of the moment, and they rarely work out well.
Sketch out a plan on a napkin. Be prepared to do one of two things: execute the plan, or, let your dog eat the napkin.
Step 2 - Put together a plan based on your observations.
Step 3 - Execute the plan.
