Time is only a tool for measuring change. There’s nothing special about the beginning of a calendar year. Any day can be the start of your resolution to evolve or grow in some way, big or small. Be kind to yourself and remember that change takes time.

Does anyone else have the compulsion to open the refrigerator as you walk by, even though you know what’s in there and don’t actually want anything to eat or drink?

Trying and failing to convince your 8-year old that physics is cooler than YouTube is a great irony of the universe.

The shirt is killing it with the grandpas around town and that’s just fine with me. My son just rolls his eyes when I wear it.

My wife and I accidentally/simultaneously each opened up a bottle of wine. I know what you’re thinking but I’m trying to shave off a few seconds on these running splits so I had to deliver one to the neighbors.

I am an Atheist. But I still have plenty of love for anyone who needs some and is willing to take it. Love transcends belief systems.

I feel like Republicanism is the largest cult this country has seen. It’s getting weirder and more extreme at an exponential rate.

I don't have a reading disability, but it works really well on CoSo and I wish everything else I read had it.

For anyone learning to play the guitar who is reclusive or too cheap to pay for in person lessons...

I wasted a solid year on one of those gamified apps on the iPad, then switched to Guitar Tricks and learned more in the first week using it than the other one. Don't make the same mistake I did. It's only slightly more expensive but definitely better.

I really can't/don't want to complain...but dammit I'm going through one of those phases where I feel like I'm having a tough time making even the smallest things happen.

Working and CoSo'ing is way better than just working.
