Early on Friday morning, Israel’s Foreign Ministry advised all Israeli citizens not to leave their hotels as it worked with local authorities to ensure their safety
"Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori." I had to learn this poem in school. But there is nothing sweet about what our men and women gave in the wars. It was a necessary evil. And it cost so much. Let us never forget how we maintained our fragile freedom. This week, I honour them, every one of them. Thank you.

So yesterday was a real crisis spiritually. It was hard. I was blaming God. "Why didn't he prevent this?" In reality, the people demanded a King, just like in 1 Samuel. So God allowed it, and the people so regretted that choice when they got Saul! We, as humans, can be so incredibly stupid! I sincerely hope the damage, while we learn, is minimal.My faith remains intact, albeit bruised. My faith in humans however.. we never flippin' learn!!!!

Well I just ate a cheesecake and a choccie biscuit. Three years of Keto but today called for it.
I mean no offense to anyone but... I've been a Christian all my living days, I have been a staunch believer that God will always win for those who trust him. Today, for the first time in my life, I am doubting his very existence. I don't want to say that, I've always dreaded even thinking that. But today, I am losing my religion so to speak. I am not sure my faith can recover from this. Being brutally honest.

Is that what it's all about? Good God in heaven. The world will need all the help it can get. Dark days. Breathe, people, breathe. We still fight, right?
