I'm really not happy with this ruling. I see all sorts of problems with it. It feels like very shaky ground to me, ground that Trump will utilise to prove that anything he chooses to do is within constitutional boundaries. I have to admit, I am afraid for the future at this point.

You just know that Trump will interpret this as in his favour. In every criminal way possible.

@process Exactly my thinking this year. Just keep the weeds down, and everything tidy. Not really much to be done otherwise.

@process I feel like we've been here before, but it's not going to be so easy to avoid the damage this time. It's not just one country, it's widespread this time.
