I can't figure out the last 4 years of Merrick Garland. I've read dozens of articles (govt, academic & press) and it all seems to come down to Biden & Garland taking the high road & following the letter of the law to deal with #trump.

They couldn't accept they're were dealing with a rapid junkyard dog that would destroy everything because that's his nature.
