I completely agree... a fu*king INSURRECTION should be dealt with immediately. But all "elected participants" just got hall passes and nothing happened.

Again, the high road of "we must have ALL THE EVIDENCE before we convict" doesn't mean we have to let Elected Traitors carry on while we hunt down all the civilian insurrectionists.

I've also question the legitimacy of Congress being able to try & convict their own members- especially NOW on the GOP side.

absolutely Biden had the responsibility to move Garland to a better faster path and he didn't. Any blame for Merrick ultimately rests with Biden.
