Rest is a NECESSITY for survival.
Rest is a REQUIREMENT for living.

The brainwashing, grooming, and other gross capitalist tactics that have turned everyone into robots grinding to early deaths want you think that you have to EARN the right to rest and EARN the chance for leisure only after you've proven your worth.

They. Are. Wrong.

You have to STAY HEALTHY and be there for YOURSELF and those that need and love you.

Rest.

Acceptance is the answer

It is not that I hurt

It is, “What can I accomplish while I hurt?”

I refuse, as best I can, the expenditure of any emotional energy on expecting it or even wishing it to be different

All my energy is spent on accomplishing what is possible, in spite of it being exactly as it is

Most never realize the power of refusing to have expectations

Or to not entertain worry about a future that has not arrived yet

It is this exact moment where Life occurs

I think everybody needs to just adopt a calm attitude here. Doesn't matter who the Democratic candidate for president is.

What matters is that you VOTE.

Just that.

Well, Kamala can make the argument for Roe as a woman in a way no male candidate can make. And since women have suffered increased pregnancy related mortality since Roe fell, I think it’s still a big campaign issue.
