This storm is losing steam, so Baxter County is not under a tornado warning, rather a severe thunderstorm warning until 4 a.m.
Western counties being dropped from the warning as this storm is moving through quickly, 45-50 mph.
Tornado warning in the Twin Lakes area, heading towards Baxter County. Awaiting NWS inclusion in the watch corridor.
