Wait. What?
I was working on my master’s in 1980. My University was strict about plagiarism. They expected student TO NOT DO IT.
Apparently in 2009 Neri didn’t understand what plagiarism meant and needed specific examples. DO NOT STEAL OTHER’S WORK was apparently too vague. 🙄

BUT there is an egregious error in the ruling: an individual does not refer to the unborn. The Fifth Circuit clumsily attempts to argue that it does DESPITE the fact that the unborn is not an individual. Putting things in parentheses doesn’t change the law or its meaning.
Not only was emphasis added but they literally rewrote the law!
Here is an example. The solar array of photovoltaics in the background heat up the carbon blocks in the insulated box that says “Antorra” — that is a battery and stores 10 times the energy of a lithium ion battery. Bill Gates has invested cash and they were at the climate conference.
It’s a really cool and simple tech.
