Harris is a fundamentally good and lawful person. I do not see here saying Trump is not President as being part of her nature.
Biden is at a point in his life I can see him breaking the law to save democracy—but maybe a 20% chance as he is still fundamentally a good person.
The problem is that most Democrats are for the rule of law.
Republicans have shown that they are more than willing to violate it.
