Here's what will happen with the illegal immigrant expulsion program (or whatever nice-sounding name it gets).
The administration will set silly targets of "x people a month" for detention, and "y people a month" for deportation.
Chaos will then ensue, as meeting the quotas will cause all manner of legal residents to be caught up in the sweeps.
However, the "process" will be so capricious, that a lot of legal residents will end up being deported.

That won't work when relatives of legal residents start getting expelled in GOP districts.
And when the first Cubans get deported from South Florida, all hell will break loose.
