Yep and no matter how horrific the loss of life it becomes mostly
about thanking the brave men and women of law enforcement. Which changes the subject and normalizes the horror.
It’s like the fucker just cuts and pastes from one national horror to the next.
As a constituent I find his laziness to be irritating.
Maybe he heard that “these armed maniacs will stop at nothing” and figures if he does nothing they will stop?
Thoughts and prayers, Ted, is just shorthand for “I don’t really give a fuck.”
