When a ruling is not legitimate, it does question the legitimacy of the court. Dobbs wasn’t just a “disagreement”, it was the Court telling women that they are less than human — that bodily autonomy is only applicable if you have a penis.

Conservative SCOTUS has decided they are the REAL government.
I expect them to hand down ruling sans reasoning (or bizarroland reasoning). They wish strip Americans of rights and make them privileges.
Dobbs wasn’t an anomaly, it is the harbinger of rulings to come.
