CoSo is not a substitute for Twitter. It's not trying to replicate everything that the Bird does or did. It's not about advertising or corporate or government propaganda. Most people here are just people, not representing another entity. There are some celebrities here but they don't make a big deal of it.
In other words, this isn't Alt-Bird. It's more like what Twitter could or should have been if its owners hadn't simply been trying to milk it for cash.
