Elon Musk is super duper angry at Apple right now.

Why?

Because Apple and OpenAI agreed yesterday to use/integrate Open AI's ChapGPT AI product in their iOS ecosystem.

This has screwed over Elon's side hustle xAI, right after raising $6 billion in equity.

@stueytheround @process I think premium users can make their followers/following lists private

The private likes thingy was same for a while also premium users could toggle likes private before today

@process one from another user post, shows nothing, and one from mine, shows me who liked it but won't show other users tap mine they'll see the "nothing to see here - yet"

Lol

@process yup, via notifications or tapping the likes count at bottom of your own posts, the private part is the likes count at bottom of each post it'll open as a blank page now and each users profile likes column is private so, others can't visit profile to see what posts a user has liked 🧐 in other words no "accountability" for liking dodgy posts was the reasoning

@process likes are still viewable though - if I like a post the user who posted will see it - and the likes column is still available via users profile for the user only - as well as like counts at bottom of each post you just can't open that to view who liked a post unless you're the poster

And be cautious of people who actually say they are loyal they people usually aren't loyal to anyone

As well as people who demand loyalty from you they people are the worst

Loyalty doesn't need to be announced or asked for 😉

@Render think there is a deep overlap with Al Jazeera and "journalists" inside Gaza seems to be a heck of a lot have worked, or written articles, for Al Jazeera working as "journalist's" in Gaza

This morning, The Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel (COI) released a report on the war crimes committed on and after Oct. 7.

Abdullah al-Jamal, the journalist for the 501(c)(3) organization The Palestine Chronicle who appears to have held Israelis hostage, was ALSO the Spokesperson for the Hamas Ministry of Labor - He wrote for Al Jazeera apparently also

Palestine Chronicle confirmed that their journalist was killed - IDF confirmed also he held three of the four Israelis hostage in his home in Gaza.

@elbutterfield users can still see posts we like via our profile likes column

And the number of likes still show on posts but as of today tapping the likes(that are numbered at bottom of each post)opens a blank page unless its your post

@Zeroshot on CoSo though we can see who likes a post by tapping the star at bottom of each post where the timestamp is then we can see who has liked it

Yes our actual likes column isn't visible but we can still see what posts users like 😆
